I decided to make a new design for jk0.org. I have been doing a lot of web development lately for my employer, DataIM, so I figured why not make myself a new one as well? I will also be re-structuring my php backend sometime soon, as I am currently preparing to compile MySQL here on the server. I'll keep you all up to date on my progress.

If you tried going to Evil Pigeon.net, and ended up here, then you are probably wondering what is going on. Well, I decided to combine Evil Pigeon.net into jk0.org, my new domain. Most of EP's content is still availible on here incase you still need access to it.
I now have full control of what goes on around here because I host my own DNS and domain, which will soon allow me to offer such serivces to you all as well. Please check back soon for more updates.

I would like to start off by taking a moment of silence to remember all the lives that were lost in last years tragedy. I'm sure we've all heard enough about it by now so I'll just leave it at that and be thankful that nothing else like that happened today.
Secondly I would like to thank all of the kind visitors that gave me some awesome feedback about the BinaryBlocks issue; it is greatly appreciated! I guess there have been some payment issues in the past with BinaryBlocks and their providers that have been taken into effect as of late. That's about all I can say now, except for that I will no longer be affiliated with BinaryBlocks until they can prove to me beyond a shadow of a doubt that this type of situation will never happen again. I will keep you all updated as I recieve more information on the topic.

Well, it seems almost as if the owner of BinaryBlocks took all the money and ran. Here, take a look at this little post I found on their site:
Cobalt Racks is offering a reward of up to $500.00 dollars for information leading directly to recovery of owed funds from Jason D. Piercy, the owner of Binary Blocks. Reward will be granted to you when we collect our money from Binary Blocks. If you have information about the location or contact information feel free to send them to wanted@colbaltracks.com.
If you know anything, please help us out, as there are more than 50,000 people that can't access their website because of this, including Damian and I. Most of them are not fortunate enough to have a backup hosting plan like I did, so please help us out!

For the past several months, Evil Pigeon.net had been hosted through BinaryBlocks. But today, Wednesday, September 4, 2002, one week before the first anniversary of the tragic destruction of the World Trade Center towers, we discovered that BinaryBlocks management had neglected to pay its Internet bill, causing its hosted sites (including Evil Pigeon.net and Pin Eight) to disappear from the Internet.

After looking back through all my studies of the world wide web, I have come to the conclusion content is king, which means that simplicity is key in running a valuable website. You see, when users come to a website, they are normally looking for something that they want, and when users are looking for what they want, they pay absolutely no attention to how the site looks. All they are concerned about is how easily and fast they can reach what it is that they are looking for, so the whole design of the website becomes invisible to them. I took all that information and put it together into one idea - Simplicity.
As you can see, the actual design of this layout is somewhat dull, but it's simple, easy to find your way around in, and it contains pure content.

I just wanted to take some time and thank all the retards over at Pirated-Sites.com for all the extra traffic they have been forwarding to the site lately out of their own stupidity. You see, some idiotic moron, with nothing better to do, thought it would be cool to 'rip' my theme and then place the blame on me. Well, it looks like the joke's on you, my friend. You must have forgotten to look in my portfolio, as I made that design over two years ago. That's OK, though, it was getting about time to make a new theme anyways.
Let this be a lesson to all of you lamers out there. You will never win; you are sucks; you are not as l33t as you think you are; why don't you go and jump off a building instead of waisting all of our time.
To all the positive viewers out there, the moral of the story is this: Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.

I decided to give my buddy, Damian, a plug for his excellent programming abilities, so here it is:
Tetanus On Drugs for Game Boy Advance Milestone 2 has been released. TOD simulates playing a Tetris clone under the influence of hallucinogenic drugs. Unlike LSD and other party drugs, TOD won't fry your brain. While you play the game, the playfield rotates and distorts itself in time to the music.
You are more than welcome to pick it up on the GBA page.

As the end of the school year is coming at a rapid pace, I haven't been able to get as much work done as I intended. I did, infact, get a few things done, however, such as another essay that I wrote in my Wisconsin History class and an Intense Workout Routine that I made up in my spare time.
The essay that I put up in the articles section, is a little history lesson on Early Wisconsin Silos. It is not the most interesting topic, but if you are looking for some pointers for you Wisconsin History class, then I would check it out.
The Intense Workout Routine, which can be found in the tutorials section, is what I follow on a weekly basis for my workout. If you are a weight lifter, or what have you, then I would take a look at this because it targets muscle mass, as well as burning fat.
Enjoy!
